It says that an error occured and does not allow me to retrieve them!
Why?
What should I do?
It says: - Connection to host broken (last commands sent were: "DELE 1", "RETR 2")
They say in their help section that they do not allow more than 10! But I can't receive less than 10!
And their help page is down!

I had similar problems...it was the ISP's fault, and all of a sudden, and nothing that had been going on before now. You'll have to find a human bean after going through their blamed phone menu to get the straight poop, likely, if it's the same as in my case. (I'm thinking seriously about switching! I can send a humongous file by FTP but I bomb when sending a puny 500K photo by email just lately.)

Visit www.yousendit.com.

It allows free use of up to 100MB of data and only sends a link to the data in the e-mail to the recipient. Use Winzip if you have multiple files to transmit.
