what is a good website that appraises drawings?

Someone I know owns a Joni Eareckson drawing and wants to get it appraised.

Check Artprices.com, but it costs. The others are sites if you use, it would be nice to hear how they go.

drawings as in paintings, like famous paintings or like your paintings, (no offense)
