Let me lay some jive on ya sugar
The words ARE hubba hubba zoot SUIT
and translates as follows :
Hubba Hubba ---- is a phrase that comes from like the '20's and '30's and was a phrase meant to mimic a man , stuttering out of lack of verbal control over something that was utterly breath-takingly gorgeous------ like someone these days saying --- WOWEE ZOWIE or MMM MMM MMM !!

And the Zoot Suit --- was a type or style of suit from that era (it has had a comeback of sorts in the last little while with certain groups) and is a suit that is somewhat baggy in cut with a very long bodied coat and heavily padded shoulders and very wide lapels !! It was exceptionally popular among the guys considered in that day as being the absolute "hippest cool cats on the planet" !!!
