Two days ago i went surfing and during the session i could feel a slight pain on my shoulder while paddling ( to be more exact when the arm is on the very top of the paddling movement). Then i went swimming the next day and had to stop because the pain wouldnt allow me to continue. What should i do ? i dont feel the pain while walking or anything else, only when going the circular movement.. i exactly dont have the best medical insurance, and im going snowboarding this weekend..

Please help ! !

you probably have a rotator cuff inflammation due to repetetive motion. Solution, stop the motion. Don't try swimming for at least three weeks, and take NSAID medicines like Ibuprofen or Aleve (naprosyn) to reduce inflammation and discomfort.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
