The Simpsons of course! To me, Family Guy looks too much like the Simpsons sometimes. Southpark is great too, but they can't beat Homer Simpson!

I freaking love Family Guy. Simpsons is funny too. Don't really watch Southpark but it is funny.

The Simpsons has the most best episodes but at the moment South Park is head and shoulders above it in the comedy stakes. Family Guy is alright but compared to both of them, it fails miserably.
I go with South Park based on recent episodes compared to the others.
