Im looking for a condo in puyallup, wa because my husband is being stationed in Fort lewis. I found one on 186th St. E its 2br 1ba 1200sq ft no garage or yard. They are wanting 930 for rent I wonder if this is normal for the area or if its overpriced. It is very nice but i keep feeling it is over priced and I really want something with a yard. Wondering if anyone in the area has any idea or a name of condos or townhomes in the area?

It's a great price. It's very hard to find an apt over 1000 sq ft for under $1000 anywhere in Pierce county.
Try searching for places using http://www.rent.com/ or the classifides in the News Tribune http://www.southsoundclassifieds.com/

search places in puyallup, you might be able to find something better,
but the place your looking at now is a good price range for the area.
