The reason why the stud can't be worn is because of school :(

You can repierce it.... they tell you don't take the stud out for that exact reason.. it will close up!!

I used to work for Claires and pierced ears for a living. If you take the stud out it will heal up - no question about it. Do you not like the stud or is it irritating your ear?If you dont like it i suggest you try and stick with it for now if you want you ears to remain pierced or go back to the person who did it and see if there is any way they can remove it and swap it. I wouldnt mess with it too much and i wouldnt start sticking foreign objects in your ears as others have suggested as it may get infected and become incredibly painful. If you no longer wish to wear that particular stud because it is irritating you maybe wait till it heals and get it redone, but use a higher quality stud, maybe a gold one instead of silver, silver plated or gold plated. They are a little more expensive but soooo much better for your ears and you can get really pretty ones with coloured stones and flower or heart shaped studs depending on your tastes. Remember to use the solution you should have recieved after your piercing and to turn the stud regulary and to clean both in front and back of the stud.

psh...boi there is no way..u kinda have to wear the stud! If you r allergic to some type of stud, then tell the percier! I fu just dont want the stud,, well we all gotta make sacravices!

u cant but but u could take out earings then put it back in when u go to sleep. if your ears already healed up then get someone to redue it for you by numbing your ear with an ice cube then perced it.

Well u can put a tthread through it and every day pull the thread back and forth thats what i did!!!!!!!!!!
