I like my thicker steak butterflied. I like the regular steaks Med. Well with lots of A1 or 57!
I am going to put this to a vote their is no way I could pick a best answer there are to many good ones!

Burnt to a crisp.
There is a story behind this. Once, I was in an airport in Paris and bought a bacon sandwich. Well, there was very little bacon but a lot of bread and vegetables (lettuce, onion, tomato and so forth). I took a few bites before I realized that the bacon was raw. On the plane ride home I got so sick...I've never been so sick before in my life! Now I am paranoid...everything must be well done.

As long as its not bleeding or still mooing, it's good for me. It can't really be pink in the middle so I would have to say medium well. I guess it kinda grosses me out to see steak still bleeding.
