Model Number: HP Pavilion m7750n
My Monitor is a LG Flatron Wide LCD 22`` HD
They recomend me to put all the setting at high so i do but for the screen resulution i put at high on the LCD one. but then when i play the game it`s a bit langy. I think i have 366mb of ram on my card. Is it possible that i might not have enough memory for my graphics card.

That model is running an onboard Geforce 6150LE. Half-Life 2 will run on that adapter, but not the greatest.

There are a few different things you can do, what you actually do is completely dependent on what you prefer.

The 22" monitor is going to want a native resolution of something like 1920x1280, but running this game at that resolution will not be something the card can handle. Try running it at lower resolutions. Pick the lowest resolution you can and still maintain the widescreen aspect ratio.

Then start dropping effects from high to medium in order of your preferance. Water effects are awesome on that game, but you might want to turn them down to minimum.

Make sure you do not have HDR enabled, though I am pretty sure that adapter does not even support it.

Basically, just keep dropping them one by one until you find a setting that you can play at.

One thing you might want to consider is spending a little extra money on a new video card. From the game you are playing, I am going to venture a guess that you are also going to be playing a lot more First Person Shooter games. While the onboard adapter you are running is no slouch when compared to other onboard adapters, you are going to need a dedicated video card to run games at good detail, especially with that monitor.

I truthfully have the two yet by no ability play them as cod4 has blown me away! i'd reccomend hl2:the orange container, yet cod4 has lots greater valuable multiplayer its lots deeper and greater exciting. css and hl2 are very old and dated now.
