When an dif you get the right answer let us know. If I had to gues it would be to delay one's own personal satifaction to make sure your partner reaches climax as well and possibly reaching climax simaltanesly. But I am totally guessing here.

Why do today what you can put off until tomorrow ? That's what procrastination is all about ! If you keep putting it off it gets harder to get round to doing it. Head games come into play and you can talk yourself into not bothering at all.
Better to steel yourself and just do it. You will feel better for it, as Sex is a natural part of life and the more you practice the better it gets.

Only way procrastination in sex makes sense to me is like when one partner wants to do it but the other doesnt, usually the women, so that partner keeps putting it off till later.
Unless your talking about delaying orgasm to increase the intensity, which then isnt really procrastination.

I've never heard of this before but if I were to venture a guess it could mean the inability to climax. Maybe???

Or if you want to look at it the other possible meaning, the putting off of one's own pleasure to increase the pleasure of their partners. Maybe???

in the midst of sex? well it'd mean teasing the partner as much as possible until they climax. waiting until the last minute to have sex...might mean person is deciding or unsure of if they wan2 have sex or may just be teasing their partner. its just mysterious. in my opinion
