MY DAUGHTER WAS INJURED WHILE IN CARE OF A BABYSITTER, WERE CAN I FIND LAWS/ INFORMTION ON WHAT MY RIGHTS ARE TO SUE THE SITTER FOR DAMANGES WHEN HER SON CAUSED THE INJURY TO MY CHILD AND WILL HAVE TO FACE CHARGES FOR THE INJURY.

As mentioned above, you need a personal injury lawyer to determine if you even have a case and to take it to court if you do. In some instances the parents are NOT responsible. And yes, I live in Ohio.

If the so-called injury isn't permanent, just get over it and move on. It will save you a lot of money and time.
