You never, as the buyer, pay the realtor. The seller pays all realtor costs.

A Realtor does a great deal more than just find a buyer a house. The purchase agreement is a legal contract that, if badly written, can lead to emotional and, potentially, financial disaster.
You have contracted a professional to advocate for you in not only your search for a home but in completing the process by assisting you in negotiating a sales price, helping you determine what inspections you may or may not want, scheduling those inspections and negotiating and who will take responsibility for any repairs required, for coordinating communication with your lender and the seller's Realtor, coordinating the appraisal and closing process, and generally just running interference to make certain that the transaction progresses smoothly and in a timely manner.
Finally, since Realtor's fees are usually paid by the seller, unless you have signed a specific buyer's agent agreement that commits you to compensate your Realtor, why do you care?

It depends on what the contract says. First, it sounds like you found a house without her help and that she had nothing to do with it. If there isn't any kind of binding agreement in the contract for payment in this situation, then no, you do not owe the realtor any money. You don't pay for services not rendered. If there was a flat fee towards her services, that you will owe if you signed a contract for that. Usually that is paid in advance though.
I had to deal with something similar. I hired a realtor to sell my house and they took to long and found a buyer on my own. The realtor wanted money for selling the house and I told them to take a hike. They tried to sue me in court and they lost.

If it is multi-listed and she is a multi list realtor? Did she make any connections about the house? Show you through? Good question.
Call realty board in you area. You need someone to help with paperwork...
Next time we look I hope to use a broker? Someone that is on both sides of the fence. A realtor is for the seller only.

Depends on the contract if you have one. But prob. nothing.
Normally a BUYER does not have a contract. (the sellers usually have one). A buyer's agent negotiates his/her fee with the sellers agent based on the sellers contract. If you buy directly that is avoided.
As the buyer the cost of the house is the cost of the house. The seller has already factored in the comission he must pay to the real estate agent into that price.

It depends. If you signed an agreement, yes. If you didn't, then no.
However unless the house is a For Sale By Owner, you'll want her help in negotiations-- besides the seller pays her fees!
