To prove that she is from MARS, she should begin by offering to provide a lecture to a group of reseachers at
NASA.
The lecture should include specific discussion of:
Interplanetary propulsion technology.
Replenishment of consumeable materials
during extended space travel.
Designs for Martian habitation and sources of
nourishment in a Martian envoironment.
Congestion of airways and intercontinental highways
on the planet MARS.
Systems of Government in the highly developed
countries on MARS.

Section 5 on the birth cirtificate states the place of birth. If someone from Mars wanted to move to a planet that had a shorter life than Mars, they should clearly go home, silly move but the the whole solar system is doomed. The identity card would have to say that the person was from Mars and the person would probably be put in quarintine for a while so that the scientists could be sure that it was alright.

I would think her passport would do the job. They have fingerprints (hoofprints?) in them now.
