I have been trying to get pregnant for monthes now and the last time, my doc prescribed a fertility pill. I have only had a chance to be trying for a week now. I have woke up nausiated and my nipples are quite sensitive. Could it be possible to already be feeling symptoms? We began making the effort last Saturday and so it has only been a week and three days of trying.

you can fill them as early as 1-2 weeks . I have had 3 kids and I always found out when I was 2 weeks along .

With me first I had no symptoms other than a late period... with my second I knew the day I got pregnant! I am very much aware with what goes on with my body that I knew! I had symptoms that day (I know sounds crazy...) my breasts were extremely tingly and sore (niples too) and then days after I was eating everything in sight. About a week later I was so tired I had to take naps all the time!!! And then of course about a month and a half later.... morning sickness! I wish you luck and don't give up! Every women is differnent and her body reacts differently for each pregnancy (as mine did). Keep your eye out for symptoms but in case you don't have any...and some don't... don't give in and don't give up!

I never showed any symptoms at all-except I had an extreme craving for pickles (and I mean EXTREME!-I could eat a whole jar in one sitting). Besides that particular thing, I had no signs at all until my belly started growing. However, my cousin had everything associated with pregnancy and she knew she was pregnant about 2 weeks after she concieved.

It's too early, you should be feeling symptoms within 2 or 3 weeks.

At 1 week gestation, you will not have symptoms! You could have symptoms as early as your missed period, but nothing drastic. When you want something badly, you can manifest symptoms to satisfy your desire. That doesn't mean that you are not pregnant...you never know. Good luck!
