i don't think it's a controlled substance so it should be ok right?
where can i find out the laws about this?
it's only zyprexa, not anything like vicoden or hydrocodin etc.

well from the few answers I got already I realize that it's illegal. and so therefore I won't do it.
but jfyi, what i have is in sealed sample bottles. that i got for free, they weren't filled by a pharmicist. they were given to me directly from my doctor.
but I won't take the chance with the law. so thank you.

Selling prescription drugs without a prescription and not through a pharmacy or a doctor is illegal. A person would be convicted of a crime and possibly going to prison. In most states, if not all, selling drugs is considered a felony.
My husband is in prison due to drug related issues when he was a teenager. One of the felony charges he received was being in possession of his mother's prescriptions that he picked up for his mom from the pharmacy. This mistake will stay on his record for the rest of his life.
The medications you have mentioned, are big on the streets and even selling or giving away prescription medications to friend or family member is also illegal.

NO you can't sell prescriptions drugs on eBay or any other place; It's a Federal Crime.
Besides eBay doesn't allow this kind of drugs: "Controlled drugs that require a prescription from a licensed practitioner (such as a doctor, dentist, ophthalmologist or optometrist) are not permitted on eBay; this includes drugs prescribed by veterinarians for animals."
So if you want to avoid many years in a federal jail, ask the FDA (they have lists of all banned o controlled drugs) and a lawyer to know if you need some kind of licenses before selling any drug at anyplace.

It's funny. Cos for example where I live Piracetam is legaly sold over the counter in any pharmacy and it's for prescription only in the UK and the US. I'm taking Piracetam 1200 four times a day to help with my cognitive functions. Nootropics should not be prescription only..that should be considered a crime, not selling them over the counter - that's my opinion ;)
Nootropil 1200 changed my life, now I can focus much better. And all without having to see a specialist, who would prescribe it to me anyway as they are all in for the commission anyway!

Buying any drugs on-line is always a risky proposition for several reasons:
1) There's no guarantee that what you are paying for is actually the drug you want.
2) Most prescriptions have to be filled by a pharmacist - so there's no way to know if the 'eBay' drug is being filled by a pharmacist - my suspicion is that if it's for sale on EBay then it's illegal.

no, a prescripttion drug can not be sold without a prescipttion, thus why it is called a prescription drug, selling it without one, or selling yours to someone else is illegal anywhere not just on ebay

If it's over the counter, you could probably sell them. But definitely not if they were prescription.

There are laws about these things... "Do not transfer this medication to any other person under penalty of law" would be a good indication. Check your bottle, but I'm pretty sure its unlawful and not the best idea.
