About 15 years ago I did that and this man pulled out this huge gun (I believe a 45 revolver) and pointed it at us and said "You've effed with the wrong person today". We ducked and I don't think I've ever done that again! LoL!

Rarely... I find that screaming at them vents my anger better than lifting a finger. And when I'm angry, I do NOT want to take a hand off the steering wheel for fear that I'll crash.
