Hits4Pay is an online program that pays its members for reading commersial emails. has any one been paid by it

about 6 months back i joined an online program "Hits4Pay" that pays its members for reading commersial emails. a $ 33 check is displayed in my account in the program. but i have got nothing after 2 months. has any one recieved checks by this program?

scam, but usually things like that wait until you have like $100 dollars in your account

My mom got a $15 check about a month after joining. But I signed up for it and never got a check. I am not sure if it is a scam or not. But the check she got was good.
