Not very often at all. I know for a fact that some people have earned so many points that only people who are at Level 5 and above are displayed on the leaderboard and that is liable to change as well since people keep earning so many points. Only the top 5,000 users are displayed on the leaderboard- the top leader at number one has like 300,900 points. Once I get to Level 5 which is not too far from now I should be there around the last week of March I will check more frequently to see where I am at!

Almost never. It used to depress me a little, now I treat it like the Fortune 500 list... something too far gone for me to aspire to reach. I'm happy where I am. Yes, very content. I likely won't check it again, but I'm not totally against it.
