i snapped the key in the lock and now i can't get it off of my bike, it it one of those with the metal wires running through
i don't have another key
i only have a screw driver and a arts and crafts drill/saw thingy

If you can find a hammer and a sharp strong metal edge like a piece of angle iron just put the wire on the metal edge and hit it with the hammer a few times!
You should see the wire break quite quickly!

An angle grinder would do it. You can get a cheap one for about £15 from Argos, or screwfix.com
Don't forget to use protective gear like face shield, though.

See if you can borrow an angle grinder from a neighbour or friend.
Bolt cutters would do, too.

Take a rock and it has hard as you can it might work if you it hard enough.
