I would want a sample of everything. I mean, if its my last meal, no one says how long it can last, right?
If that doesn't work, I would try to pick something that they would have to take a lot of time to get, like something that only grows in the deep woods of some jungle, and then have that prepared. Or, even have them cook up some exotic animal, like a lion or tiger, something that no one would think about. I might just take a bite or two, but at least I had them get me what I wanted. Yes, they could lie and cut up a chicken or beef and call it whatever, but just knowing I could be eating something rare would probably please me enough.

i would hve the following:
pancakes
eclairs
french toast
cheese cake
chocolate cake
strawberry laces
chocolate chip cookies
vanilla ice cream
strawberry and cream tart
any flavour pie
and....cant think of more....
with a milkshake :)

umm a prime rib med rare, baked potato, salad and a tequila sunrise......with a jagebomb....and a bottle of tequila also i think .....with a slice of the best cheesecake with strawberry topping!!!...wow now that is a meal....hehe
