If 100 meters of telephone wire is suspended between two poles separated by 95 meters and a pelican (mass=5kg) lands midway along the wire, what is the tension in the wire due to the bird?

Depending on how taut the wire is stretched, the bird's weight possibly bends the wire down some or not at all, but while this may affect the wire, it does absolutely nothing to the bird.
