In French, the male dancer is "danseur" --female is "danseuse."
The male lead is "premier danseur" ; female lead is "premiere danseuse" or "premiere ballerina".
Ballerina is italian; if we adopted the italian form, it would be ballerino, not that anyone uses it.
The online ballet dictionary of the American Ballet Theatre calls the partner of the female ballet dancer (i.e. the male ballet dancer) a "cavalier".

ummm well I would call him a twink..or a verry smart guy one of the two..I took a step aerobics class and got to step behind a bunch of stacked chicks.... pssseeew and they even had mirrors to observe your self from every angle....he he I wasn't looking at my self that was for sure.....it was like watching the mans show trampoline but better ....for 45 minutes ...wow! my sex life was alot better that symester!
