Colostrum doesn't usually start until about the 5th month. So I would say no. But you should probably call a doctor to see why fluid is coming from your breasts.

Seek medical advice. A friend of mine was lactating, but was not pregnant and never had been. Eventually they discovered she had a tumor on her pituitary gland. The tumor was stimulting her body to produce prolactin, the hormone that induces lactation in a woman.

The symptoms you are having could be harmless, or they could be a symptom of a very serious meidcal problem. Call your doctor as soon as you can.

It is highly possible...I would take a pregnancy test!
