The dash pad is available from Year One, the dash itself is the same on the Tempest and Lemans, but with a wood covering. There are plenty is places that sell real wood kits for these.
I bought a Rallaye dash on eBay a few years ago to replace the broken one in my Goat. IIRC, it wasn't too expensive. You just need some patience...
Also, join POCI (www.poci.org) - there are people who specialize in that sort of thing to be found there.

They make dash cover pads for most cars. Also I would also google search for a 67 GTO parts car. These cars started falling apart when they were new. I had a 1970 GTO JUDGE.

Injun is right. They can be hard to find, but there are plenty of lamans and tempests around. My thought is buy a lamans thats been restored as a gto clone, take the parts you need for the real goat, sell the lamans off in parts an make some cash back. For every gto you see with hood tachs, spoilers, ws and ys blocks, and hideaway headlights, you can usually bet some moron took it off a goat.
