Eww! demand a replacement he didn't make or get your money back!

If I have not eaten the food yet I ask for replacement. If I have already eaten I probably would feel queasy. I would ask to speak a manager and ask to fill out a guest incident form of some kind, most corporate restaurants have this. After you shock wears off, and if you become ill the next day have someone contact the store and go to the doctor. Depending on the doctor visit you might want to get a lawyer.

I can agree that it's pretty disturbing to think about, but look at it this way: There's really no way to tell just how many times your food has been dropped, spit in, tampered with before it is finally delivered to you anywhere you go. People do it all the time. Thank goodness you have a decent immune system to ward off some of the unknown seasonings your food may have.

my dog says "stick your finger down your throat" I think that may be extreme and i would find out how he messed with the food. then act appropiately. Sometimes messing with food could be putting too much good stuff on it, or not enough. Maybe a friend of his ordered a cheeseburger and the dude slipped him a big mac? Maybe there was a burger set aside for one customer and he snagged it for one of his customers

Talk to the manager of that restaurant and tell him what is exactly going on and tell him/her how you feel about this thing. You may get a free meal for a future visit if this employee is doing this to other customers as well.
