That fight will never happen because it should be Hong kong Phooey' pet cat Spot Vs. Jack. Spot gets phooey out of al lthe tight jams and catches all the badies. My money is on the cat.

Hong Kong Phooey, of course! Samurai Jack takes himself and his fighting way too seriously. The element of pure dumb luck will carry Phooey to victory.
Either that, or Spot will knock out Jack using the Hong Kong Book of Kung Fu while he's distracted by Phooey's moves.

Hong Kong Phooey has master the Art of the Flattening and the Art of the Cutee - if he gets flattened or cut, he comes back whole and unscathed in seconds.
But I think the fight will be a draw as Samauri Jack has more martial arts in his little pinky than Hong Kong Phooey does - so it will be a slug and slice fest, with nobody going down for the count.
I guess Samauri Jack would win on technical points only for most slices and dices....

I would say Samurai Jack, but then again Hong Kong Phooey has a lot of good luck when it comes to fighting.
