Nope, its not McDonald's fault for making them fat. They could have chose to get a salad instead of a burger, or go to subway.

I Agree/Dont Agree. People should know that Mcdonalds is very unhealthy. Its not supposed to be a everyday treat. I Mean This is How Many calories a Normal Cheeseburger, fries, and Soda: Cheeseburger 300 French Fires - 230 Soda - 150 If People read The Calorie thing more oftent his wouldnt happend. But also it could be mcdoanld's fault. They should have Healthier Foods. Maybe a new kind of Burger? a Low Fat one? Maybe Fries? That Arnt high in sodium or fat? Yeah They Do Have Salads...but look at their Calories The Lowest they have in salads is 140 WITHOUT DRESSING. Honestly I Do FInd it Kinda stupid For people sueing them, but I also find it stupider that people would sell food that starts like diabetes.

In my opinion, NO. And if they try, they should be fined for wasting the court and taxpayers time. And then fine the lawyers! These petty lawsuits need to be controlled somehow. I don't have an answer to it. SOme of them can be justified, but everyone has to agree, there are some people and lawyers that just got too far.

No!
It's not McD's fault that those people have absolutely no self-control and don't want to do any exercise or otherwise take care of themselves. This is just an example of what this society has become. It's actually kind of depressing.

NO. It isn't like Ronald kidnapped them and forced them to eat the food. They could have kept their fat selves home or even ate a SALAD at McD's. It is NO ONE'S fault except their own.
