Everyone seems to have different ways to get to there cookies so they can delete them.
But the easiest way is put arrow over start and right click, click on explore then half way down is your cookies folder.
Simply click on folder to open then delete your cookies like any other set of files.
Hope this helps, but i feel this is much simpler than some of the other suggestions, even though they are correct there just a tad more complicated than this way.
GOOD LUCK

You didn't mention what web browser you're using, so I'm going to assume IE6.
1. Click the tools Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the General tab, click the Settings button, and then click the View files button.
3. Press CTRL+A to select them all.
5.Press the Delete key.
6.When you are finished, click OK twice.
Or, download Ad-Aware (http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php) and use it to get rid of both cookies and adware.
