Try coco butter it helps alot it may bot make them completely disapear depending on how bad they are but it does make them lighter

I suppose the answer would be determined by your specific scares. The dark? Turn on a light. Claustrophobic? I suggest you don't ride in elevators. Or if you're like me and terrified of birds, do everything in your power to avoid the scary creatures.

What are you scared off? If you are scared of dark enter the dark once you are there you will gain confidence and you are relieved of your problem.
Inshort, you should gain the confidence of facing the things off which you are scared.

Try vitiam E oil rubbed into scars but you need to make sure they are healed and not open.

You should take microdermabrasion and glycolic peel sessions for that..they help in removing the uppermost destroyed dead layer of cells.

You can't. Some creams may lighten the area and make them less noticeable, but you will never eliminate them. With age, they diminish but never disappear.

if you mean scars they fade in time but you can cover them with make up
