Do Nascar drivers wear Depends like the astronauts? Surely not. They could not possibly hold their bladders for 3-4 hours straight.

Since there are no bathroom breaks in NASCAR, the drivers just go in their driving suits. They carry a hydration system onboard to keep the water going IN but there is no system in place for that water to come OUT so they just go when they have to go.

They dont i have been to lots of races... they go before they start the race and then go after.... I think...
