So nobody buys the case of res taunt bottles (which are cheaper) and tries to resell them in a convenience market. Heinz would loose money.

Because those bottles were sold in bulk at a discounted price. If someone then sold them individually, they would be making a profit at Heinz's expense.

They are refilled from huge containers by the resaurant. Basically they don't have the same labeling as the grocery package. Plus they are purchased in bulk to start with.
