if its your sister you should be able to tell her anything, i always tell my friends or family if they smell or something, its better coming from you in a nice way than someone else in a harsh way!

1.) I did, a long time ago, but now I think that Jesus, if he ever existed, was just a wise Rabbi, and not the son of a divine being. 2.) Earth. So please, if you feel the Rapture start to occur, put out some extra food for your dog Sparky or your cat Mittens, so that they won't starve to death. It's up to atheists to go around and clean up all the messes you Christians have left behind, and free your trapped pets that you left on earth. So do the responsible thing, and sell all your stuff now. Or better yet, give it away to charity. Jesus told you to do this in Luke 14:33 anyway. Read it. He says you cannot even be considered his disciple, let alone be Raptured out of here, unless you give away everything that you own. 3.) No, I do not believe Dec. 21, 2012 is going to be the end of the world. I believe the world will end in approximately four billion years, when the sun runs out of hydrogen to fuse into helium, and swells to engulf the first three planets in our solar system.

It's a common problem and could mean loads of different things.
You could just tell her that her breath needs freshening, ask her if she's been eating spicy food. Keep it light.
You could go, cor sis, have you been eating spicy food, cos you need to freshen your breath. It's a very embarrassing problem that a trip to the dentist may cure. Or it could be her sinuses playing up - if they are blocked it can cause bad breath.
I hope you can feel close enough to your sister to alert her of the problem, I'd hate my sister to be told by a stranger.

By a bottle of mouthwash and leave it in the bathroom where she will see it. When she asks, just say you thought it was nice to have a fresh mouth. She will get the idea, without you having to say too much!

just tell her, say you have noticed that her breath smells and u thought you would tell her before any one else realises
