Have you had her weighed? Is it a female? are you sure she is just fat and not pregnant? If she is fat you need to cut back on any treats, like fruits and nuts, fruits have lots of fructose, and nuts have tons of fats these are going to make them fatter dont feed for some time. Just veggies for treats till she loses weight, she needs to be on a regular guinea pig diet of green pellets, and a very high quality hay, since she is overweight best to get a good quality orchard grass or timothy hay. Then you need to give her more room to run.. create a large play pen on the floor and line it with newspapers give her toys and things to play with that will get her exercising. Guinea pigs dont tend to become overweight with proper diet. I fear you have something else going on. A quick vet visit before the diet starts is a good idea, be sure shes not pregnant, bloated, or impacted first. Ive raised Guinea pigs for 17+ years and never had an overweight one out of hundreds and hundreds of pigs.
DO NOT BUY THE BIG BALLS like the first one suggested. They are NOT for guinea pigs they are for Chinchillas and Rats. Guinea pigs are not designed in the body for the exercise balls or wheels. There backs can not bend that way. They will suffer from broken spines and fractured legs with those balls.
"Wheels and exercise balls are not recommended; many experts believe that guinea pig bodies are not designed for this kind of exercise and the risk of injury ..." Taken from

You don't really need to change his/her diet. As long as he/she is getting pellets, hay, water and fresh food every day, then it won't help to change the diet.
He/she need a little more activity and exercise every day. Put him/her on the floor in a penned off area for about an hour a day with toys on the floor so that he/she can play with them and keep from getting bored. Also put toys in his/her cage to play with and keep him/her active and not bored.
Also a bigger cage will help, that is if the cage is to small. The standard size of a cage for a single Guinea Pig now..... 7.5 sq ft (30" x 36") or 2x3 grids (27" x 41"). That will help a lot in loosing the weight. My girls where fat until I put more toys on the floor and made them a bigger cage and put more toys in that.
Toys that are recommended for Guinea Pigs are as below.
Nothing plastic, cardboard or paper as they contain chemicals that are dangerous to a Guinea Pig's Health when chewed on.
The best types of toys are,
Wooden Tunnels,
Wooden chew toys,
Little Balls,
Little stuffed Animals,
Old Towels,
Old Rags,
and other wooden Guinea Pig Toys sold at the pet store.
Good Luck.

Don't feed just plain pellets, make it variety mix,the pellets aren't that healthy or any nutrients, and they are just fattening.Feed alot of greens and carrots. They also like bell peppers, and cucumber,so try that.Be careful not to feed it alot of those foods,it may make it worse, but just take away most the pellets, but they do need some pellets in their diet.Feed a good quality brand guinea pig food, good brand hay for guinea pigs/rabbits,and the fruits and veggies.Hope I helped and get best answer.

Any kind of vegetable or fruit can work instead of guinea pig pellets .Some stuff called Timothy Hay can make your guinea pig healthier and you can play with it more too to make it go back to the right size.

I would give him lots of hay. Hay fills the guinea pig up but doesn't have all the fat that some feeds have in them. Keep your cavy on colored bell peppers they are high in Vitamin C which it will need.
Good Luck

Hello, generally if you don't provide unlimited amounts of hay and about a cup of fruit or veggies everyday they can get gassy and get bloated as well.Guinea Pigs can get bloated if they aren't eating. Their food needs to continue to pass through their system so gas won't occur. That's why I always say give them unlimited amounts of timothy hay everyday to help with extra fiber and to keep them chewing on something. It is bad if they continue to have gas and if it goes on for longer than a week take them into a vet. The vet may need to give the guinea pig a laxative or something to push their bowls out. Here is a website of good foods for guineas to eat. Keep me posted.
http://www.guinealynx.info/diet_vegs.html
Large, unlimited amounts of fresh hay should be offered daily. Young guineas should be introduced to hay as soon as they can eat on their own. Mixed grass hay or Timothy hay is preferred because it is lower in calories and calcium than alfalfa. It is also higher in fiber
¼ cup per day of pellets (no added dried anything!) for adult guinea pigs. Unlimited pellets for guinea pigs younger than 6 months
We recommend Oxbow Cavy Cuisine and Western Timothy.
TRY TO FEED 3 VEGETABLE SERVINGS PER DAY. BE SURE ONE IS SOME TYPE OF LEAFY GREEN. PLEASE, NO MORE THAN 1 SERVING OF ANY GIVEN VEGETABLE!!
A variety is necessary in order to obtain the necessary nutrients, with one each day that contains Vitamin A, indicated by an *. Add one vegetable to the diet at a time. Eliminate if it causes soft stools or diarrhea.
Limit fruits to 1-2 tablespoons per 2 lbs. of body weight (none if dieting) from the list below of high fiber fruits. USE FRUIT ONLY ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. Sugary fruits such as bananas and grapes should be used only sparingly. Guineas have a sweet tooth and if left to their own devices will devour sugary foods to the exclusion of healthful ones.
(!)=Use no more than twice a week. High in either oxalates or goitrogens and may be toxic in accumulated quantities over a period of time.
(*)=Use no more than twice a week.
Vegetables:
Alfalfa, radish & clover sprouts

Beet greens (tops)*
Bok choy
Broccoli (mostly leaves/stems)* - 1 FLORET & STEM

Dandelion greens and flowers (no pesticides)* - 6 LARGE OR 10 SMALL

Escarole
Green peppers – 1 SLICE

Mint
Mustard greens* - 1 LEAF
Parsley* - 6 - 8 STEMS AND LEAVES
Pea pods (the flat edible kind)*
Peppermint leaves
Radichio – ½ CUP
Radish tops – 3 LEAVES
Raspberry leaves
Romaine lettuce (no iceberg or light colored leaf) or red/green leaf - 2 LEAVES

Wheat grass
Fruits - 1 CUBIC INCH:
