I powered on the pc and nothing came on the screen but the settings for the monitor (i have a 19in crt viewsonic monitor) i have checked all the cables, power cables from the power supply,i left all the jumpers alone (still at default) and still when i turn on the power nothing happens.I refered to the motherboard manual for troubleshooting problems.I also noticed that there is no "beep" when i 1st boot the pc.The manual stated that one beep after boot means there is no errors to "post" but there is no beep when i boot, which means that post has noticed a problem.I believe it could be a problem with the video card, but im not sure what to do to see if it is the problem. My motherboard has no video embedded onto it. Usually there are different beep codes for all the problems that occur. Since you hear nothing, are you sure everything your motherboard is getting power.

Check that the outlet is giving power, the switch on the back isnt turned off, and the power cable from the power supply to the mother board is completely connected.

Try some of these ....

Remove everything from the motherboard EXCEPT the MASTER DRIVE & Video Card & ONE RAM MODULE. See if it boots then.

Since you state your getting NO ERROR BEEPS, that'
s a classic sign that you may have BOTH hard rives pinned as Master and\or miss pinned.

Check if the power supply is working. If it does then check all the power connection to the motherboard.

Good Luck
