Sorry Im talking about the British version with the incredibly irritating Noel Edmonds.
and the contestants always kiss each others a***s and stand around holding each others hands or hold their hands together like they were praying, of start crying fake tears of emotion.
It makes me want to puke

It's one of the most inane, false, and tedious progammes I've ever seen.
As for the shmaltz, it's sickening.
I've got bile in my throat just thinking about it.
Appalling TV.

the annoying thing is that i can't stop watching it! no, i don't race home to see it or anything.... but if the tv's on that channel when it comes on, i watch it. i feel dumber for it, but somehow it's entertaining. the "lovey-dovey cack" IS fun to make fun of. but it's such a no-brain game that requires NO skill or intelligence at all. i can't believe i just admitted to watching it... *sigh*

Only the contestants are real annoying, especially the ones who are happy to leave with 400 dollars even though they were offered over six figures.

I don't know anything about the British version but with the American version, I call it, "Guess Which Hand It's In". Completely boring.

It is annoying because the contestants get so caught up in playing that they lose their common sense. Did you see the one where the lady ended up with $5???? That was soooo sad.

It was a great show for the first month or so..then we got all the copy cats like 1vs 100 and Identity..now they are all just stupid..don't watch any of them anymore..but I still love Howie..

I only really see it at the weekends so it doesn't bother me although i am not as hooked as i used to be but i dare say if i watched it every day it would grate on my nerves by now

i think your going to be on your own on this one!
however - the only thing that does kind of annoy me is when the models look in the case first - its like what the he** JUST OPEN IT - i hate seeing there reactions first - but i do understand why they do it.

yeah, its just you. i love deal or no deal. although i have to admit, if you watch it constantly, it will start to annoy you b/c its the same thing over and over, but its exciting to me....for now.
