Dear god, don't forget the TOS episode, "This Way to Eden"... All I have to say is 2 words, SPACE HIPPIES!!!
I have to defend some of the ones you chose...
Star Trek V: The Final Frontier - Sure, coming on the heels of 'The Voyage Home' it was lacking... But look at some of the character interaction; Kirk, Bones, & Spock camping is priceless, Chekov's act as the captian, Sulu's comment of manual landing of a shuttle being his first time. Scotty's jail brake... They all were CLASSIC Trek moments!
Star Trek: The Motion Picture - Being influenced more by '2001: A Space Oddysey' and less by 'Star Wars' hurt the first film. It was wonderful to see the crew again, even if they seemed to be in a haze half the time. The film is worth it just to see the Enterprise again! It is a beautifully shot film but its pacing and tone is similar to the first 2 seasons of TNG.
BUT to agree with you, TNG "Shades of Gray"... come on, there is NO excuse for a clip show!!!

It's gotta be City On The Edge of Forever.
KIDDING!
Seriously, before I even saw your choices, I immediately thought of "Star Trek V: The Final Frontier." Without a doubt it's the worst representation of Star Trek I can think of. I don't know if it's all William Shatner's fault (as director), or if other forces got in the way. But it's a piece of Trek history I'd rather forget.
Spock's Brain was out there, but I'd rather watch that five times in a row than claim any creative input on Final Frontier.
I thought Nemesis was alright, and Star Trek: The Motion Picture--though long and very tedious at times--was a wonderful rebirth of Trek which I'll never forget. Looking back, the actors all looked so young. And the story was really quite good. It just got lost in the editing or direction, or maybe in someone's desperate desire to dazzle the audience with visual effects more than recapture the feel of the series. There are things I don't like about it, but it has a special place in my heart.
I confess I don't know the others you named (though I may have seen them).
Hmm... I just thought of one you didn't name, which overall I find mind-numbingly dull: Return To Tomorrow, from the original series, in which alien beings Sargon, Thalassa, and Henoch inhabit the bodies of Kirk, Dr. Ann Mulhall, and Spock. It had its moments, and was actually a sweet story, I suppose. But it just seems to drag. Given a choice between that episode and some of today's pitiful sci-fi, I'll still take Trek. But it's not the brightest spot in Gene Roddenberry's universe.

I would say Shades of Grey by a mile, but then I reviewed your list and think about how they killed off Data for no good reason :( (I'll trade you 2 Picards for a Data, and I love Picard too) with what 20 minutes left until the end of the franchise, but atleast Nemesis tried, I guess. So yeah its the clip show, by a nose.

The entire Enterprise series with the exception of "In a mirror darkly" Brutally torturing tholians to death for fun, people stabbing each other in the back, plus the evil version of Archer was smarter than Kirk when it came to fighting a Gorn, Just shoot the damn lizard, and some how they managed to make T'Pol more of a whore than she already was, not an easy thing to do
