Debt, what debt? The labour government has been involved in corruption, aiding and abetting the kidnapping of individuals, slaughtering thousands of cattle unnecessarily,
selling peerages, using money allocated for public spending to pay for hairdressing bills, introducing new stealth taxes to pay for an illegal war, throwing away our customs and traditions in favor of Muslim laws and customs, dictating to our law lords on sentencing criminals.

Labour actually got out of the debt about 7 years ago. But they're are now getting us back in it again.

The country wasn't exactly perfect before the tories took over.

No political party has ever held the wishes of every citizen true.
Everyone is different and will never agree.
But in being human, this is what sets us apart....we have the ability within ourselves to accept our differences in order to work towards a common good.

unfortunately i grew up through the Thatcher years and couldn't imagine anything worse (except living in america now in poverty).
Tory sympathisers are the rich and those that want to reach that level of prosperity, will be at the expense of others....for which they don't care.

That is plain selfishness.

It is hightime the working & lower classes formed their own political party where the work they do, directly contributes to teaching / health / food....all manner of things we take for granted, but within their own community.

With immigration and taxes and everything going up at the moment people are now desperate for change. So we'll vote for the party that promises or shows signs of making them.

You don't seriously think Gordon Brown is getting all his money from taxes do you??

He's borrowed it from the world banks. Which is putting us into more debt.

Thatcher was a strong leader and the Conservative party encouraged people to work and gain capital - by using a bit of foresight sometimes you have to make unpopular decisions for the long term good of the country.
This is more than can be said for the Labour party, all you get for being honest and hardworking now is punished.

Where have you been? Maggie Thatcher rescued this country from bankrupcy. The Tories have always been better managers of UK PLC. The socialists just throw tax payers money at everything with no value for money.
