I live in the US and am going to Brazil in 8 days! Do they dress pretty much like us, tank tops, flip flops, skirts and whatever. I am going to be with my boyfriends family for 2 weeks and I don't want to be dressing with too much cleavage or not be dressed nice enough. Any tips would be much appreciated! Thanks

Right now most places are hot, humid, and RAINY. Women tend to dress a bit nicer than the guys in Brazil. So while guys get away with T-shirts and jeans, women usually wear "nice jeans" and something snappier than just a t-shirt. In general, showing cleavage is not such a big deal in Brazil.

Answer from my fiancee (who lives in sao paulo):

Tell her to take shorts, skirts, "light dresses", a bikini and SUNBLOCK, SUNGLASSES and a HAT. And just FYI, you cannot throw tampons and toilet paper in the toilets there!

Been to Brazil and I can tell you . The weather there is very nice so take what you would take here in the summer up north or what you would take to Florida . As for the cleavage .Don't worry about that as the Brazilian girls are the most sexy in the world and they arn't afraid to show off what they have . Beach time there is topless for the girls if they have a nice pair . Also the tongs are all over the place at the beach . You'll have problems looking to sexy around the Brazilian girls . They got it all . Have a nice trip .

Don'.t worry and take the best clothes that you have. Don't buy new because it takes too much time and you still not be sure what to buy. Trust me .
