at Bay Front Medical Center in St. Petersburg Fla, her mothers name is Judy Franko, she has a brother named J.R. and a sister named Tracy, she has relatives in Sarasota, Fla. I know her mother moved them to Los Angelas California in the 70's and that was her last none whereabouts. If anyone knows this person, any information would be greatly appreciated.

hire a detective. i wish i could help you but i don't know how. btw, its good posting this on yahoo. maybe someone would know how to. i just searched for it and there are plenty of companies offering to find Terri for just 9.95. not quite sure how they work but they claim they look in all available public records. good luck
