My season tickets arrived Friday and I about cried! This is the year (again like 05) where the White Sox prove the critics wrong.

Oh Georgie, is there any doubt?
Levels of excitement develope as follows:
Defcon 5 - Football season ends - Realization that baseball season is not too far away and Joe Buck's scrutizing of any team outside of St. Louis will take a couple of months off.
Defcon 4 - That overstuffed and overhyped gerbil doesn't see his shadow - Even closer to Opening Day
Defcon 3 - You forget about buying your lady a gift on Valentines Day altogether because the Cubs pitchers and catchers report - True love is felt later when you pull out your Louisville Slugger and go yard because "chicks dig the longball."
Defcon 2 - Your first fantasy baseball draft takes place and you can't decide on what is more irritating: Listening to Joe Buck calling a Cubs game on Fox Saturdays or the MLB making you switch to DirecTV for Extra Innings.
Defcon 1 - You manage to stay healthy all year and even though you live in a warm climate now, you suddenly become ill around the first of April and may be out for at least a week. Everyone in your Dallas office knows that you're a slackass Cub fan and you have Soriano Fever. It's finally here!
Go Cubs Go! PLAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY BALL!

Most definitely!
As a Pirate fan I've had little to be excited about over the past decade plus, but every year around this time I still get the same feeling. Regardless of the predictions that all have the Pirates at the NL Central cellar. This may finally be the year the Pirates gain some form of respectability and turn the corner a little bit. I just got my tickets for the home opener against the Cards. It's a 4 hour drive, so I wont be able to get to PNC for many this year, so thank god for the MLB Extra Innings package!!
Beat em Bucs!

Absolutely because I believe that the 2007 World Series will be between the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Cubs and the Cubs will finally win thier first World Series in 99 Years.

Awesome, I'm a life long Tiger and Cubbie fan too. It looks like people are writing off the 2006 season as a fluke. Good, that's the way I like it. Minnesota pitching is suspect (except for Santana). Cleveland improved, but not enough. Chicago *#%%#*!. KC laugh.

Yes Sir. Now lets all go to our corners, come out fighting and have a good clean fight. No steroids, no HGH, no grandstanding. A little chin music from Juan Rincon to Gary Sheffield in the top of the eighth is okay. Good Luck to your Tigers sir, but not too much!!!!

Can't wait. I'm also a big Cubs fan. Tigers should have won it all last year. I really think they will be back this year. The Cubs, on the other hand.....lol. I won't believe it until I see it. I love the Cubs, but have had too many disappointments over the years. Maybe this year.

I especially cant wait till the Indians and Twins are ahead of the Tigers in their division. The Tigers are going down their run last year was just luck.
GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!
