I don't know because the other day I saw a bumper sticker that said "Will somebody give Bush a b*ow j*b?"
I thought that might make for good conversation with a mother & child stuck behind the car.

Good question, and although such nonsense is not offensive to me, it's inappropriate for the kiddies, and I'm not aware of any legislation that outlawed profane bumper stickers...

In many areas it has been outlawed. I'd like to think that people would have woken up and realized that being crude is not funny, but I strongly doubt that that's the case.

You could be ticketed for having it being a distraction on the road.
Also most states ban having anything offensive or suggestive as a license plate number for that same reason.

It says that the person driving the car is a vulgar person and has no respect for anyone else on the road.
