The Rio Seafood buffet is the only one that gets a separate rating(for good reason) . All of the other seafood buffets in LV are specialty nights, and they are generally a step above the usual fare.(they deserve a separate rating, but until I run the LVA it is what it is)
There are a number of seafood specialty nights, you have to decide if Rio's at $34.99 is worth the difference. I prefer Fremont($16), Orleans($18) & Main Street Station's($16). >They all have great food, but then again to be fair I use 2-4-1 coupons at Orleans and Fremont and I never pay for a meal at Main Street Station(or anything else for that matter)
If you're a buffet lover in general & like good value, these are my picks for best value.
Palace Station
Main Street Station
Orleans

I'd go with the Aladdin. Though it will probably change its name some time in the next few months. The casino has been sold to Planet Hollywood, so changes are afoot.
A combination of lack of interest and 9-11 (the Middle Eastern theme did not sit well with many tourists) sent the place into bankruptcy only a few years after it re-opened in its current form.
Hopefully, the new owners will decide to keep the excellent buffets. The Aladdin has some of the best moderately priced buffets on the Strip. Both the Spice Market (International) and Todai's (Japanese) buffets will have all you can eat crab legs and a whole load of other seafood.

I know a lot of them do. The BEST buffet in Las Vegas (in my opinion) is The Carnival Buffet at the Rio. The Rio also has the seafood buffet that also has crab legs.
Other places that will have them:
Mandalay Bay
The Mirage
Ballys
**All buffets have them on Sundays**

I don't know about the crab legs, but one buffet in Vegas I highly recommend is the one at the Rio Hotel Suites and Casino. The food is excellent and varied-Asian,American, Mexican,Italian,etc..The last time I was there was about 8 years ago, so I don't know what the price is now. When I went, it was about $10. Anyway, you'll love the Rio. Besides the excellent buffet, the casino is good and relatively loose, the waitresses are beautiful, the service is excellent, there are a lot of good stores, and the view of the Strip from the top floor bar is `awesome.

The Rio Suites Seafood Buffet has the best quality buffet seafood. It's a tad more expensive than some, but worth it. If you're going with a party of 2 or more, it might be worth your while to get a coupon for $10/per person off. You can buy them on Ebay for a couple bucks or so.

Go to the Rio and eat at the Carnival Buffet. Besides crab legs, they have just about everything else plus 70 different desserts.

Plenty of places serve them and the night and price varies. Best price I found was at Arizona Charlies on Boulder Hwy. If all you want is the crab its great, but the fried shrimp was like cardboard and other items to choose from was slim. Still the best price I found, I only wanted crab and the line was short with it being 4 miles off the strip.

OH YES. I forgot what hotel it was at but while we were waiting there was a little show at the top of the hotel.
I think Harrahs. Maybe Rio. One of those. Its called something with Seafood i think. You have to pay with a card and they inculde tax in it too. Well you can pay tax after but its easier if you pay tax iun the beginning.
