ok, first of all, yes, that was too early. Wait till the first day of expected period to take the test for best accuracy. Secondly, in reality, the day you ovulate is not your most fertile days, it is actually the days leading up to it. If you ovulated on the 22nd, then your fertile days were from the 17th to 23rd, but more so on the 20th, 21st. Here is why..... your egg only has a life span of about 12-24 hours and research shows that it is more like 12. if you wait till the day you ovulate, by the time the sperm reaches the egg (several hours) the egg could already be disintegrating, since you dont know exactly the hour it was released, therefore fertilization does not take place. If you have sex on the days leading up to ovulation, your chances increase because sperm can actually live in the womans body for up to 6 days and wait for the egg to be released, then fertilize it. And lastly :)....having sex multiple times a day does not increase your chances of conception, in fact it decreases it. Multiple male orgasms a day will decrease the sperm count, there fore lowering chances. Once a day or once every 2 days is sufficient (since sperm does live so long) hope this helped!!! P.s. if you started ovulating on the 18th, your most fertile day is not the 22nd. Ovulation does not last 4 days. You would have been most fertile a few days leading up to the 18th

Most tests say don't read the results if it's been more than 10 or 15 minutes after the test because the results can be inaccurate so I would say no but I guess you could always retest. I'm sure you will anyways. I took the test and it was positive, I thought it lied to me or was defected so I took another one, that one was positive too, I kinda figured it that I was pregnant instead of them both being defected. :)

Well, if the test had a very dark plus sign, I would say that you are pregnant.

I would wait a couple days and if you are truly pregnant in a couple days the test will come out positive and it won't matter if it is a name brand test or store brand, I used store brand tests and they all came out positive when I was in disbelief.

Well, if you had unprotected sex and say that you feel the same as with your prior pregnancies, I would say contratulations are in order. Check with your doctor and I hope you get the news you want. Good Luck.
