My guess is that your talking about on Windows XP PC's?

If so there should be a program installed that comes with windows on your C: Drive. Check the foder, C:\Program Files\NetMeeting, and open the program "conf.exe", set up a user name and do the same for the rest of the computers. If you set it up right you should be able to talk to one another with this program.

Hope it works out!

This really depends on the OS you are using. Linux, Windows 2000 have such clients, if you are using XP you will need Intranet / LAN client with a bit of settings, you will be chatting your fingers off soon :-)
