I can't imaginde anyone thinking that. Just because Danny died from drugs including methadone and Anna was obviously using methadone, doesn't mean Howie is a mad killer, does it?

Hmmm...Danny dies mysteriously after his mom gives birth...Howard K Stern is present.
Anna Nicole dies while on vacation with Howard K Stern.
The will states that Anna left everything to Danny and Howard K. Stern is the executor of the will and responsible for the trusts set up for Danny (who is now dead)...OH YEAH Howard K Sterm also claims to be the father of Anna Nicole's baby....
Is this a freakin soap opera...is it straight out of Hollywood???
Of course people are going to be taking a hard look at Mr. Stern. He has the motive ($$$$) & the opportunity (was there when both dies).
Why wouldn't BIrkhead's lawyer call him a killer?? Perhaps he is just stating the obvious that everyone else seems to be missing??
I am not accusing Mr. Stern of murder, but I think it is an angle that should be investigated (which I am sure that it is).

Howard K Stern's attorney accused Ms. Opri of saying while they were in court, but Ms. Opri denied ever saying so.
Court TV's Jean Casares said she could not see how Ms. Opri could have accused him of killing Ms. Smith when she had not gotten up and been anywhere near him in the court room.
Howard K Stern's attorneys are nervous so I think they tried to throw that into the mix in the hope of distracting the judge from assuming the paternity portion of the issue. It came in sideways because of the guardian ad litem for Dannilyn. It did not work.
All of this because the slime is trying to avoid the paternity question.
Personally I think he knows fully well that he is not the child's father but he cannot afford to lose his "cash" cow. If the will is not declared null and void, Howard K Stern stands to get as executor at the minimum $5 million, this can grow if the dead billionaires money comes through.
It does look suspicious because both mother and child died suddenly. However, if it is in the ether that he could possibly be responsible for their demise, it can nullify any claim he has on the money because he cannot profit from a death that he contributed to or caused and also make him appear an unfit "father".
Not to mention the tape that came out on Fox yesterday which shows Anna Nicole 8 months pregnant and high as a kite. This gives vaildation to what Larry Birkhead said about Anna Nicole being doped up while pregnant. Then you hear Stern on the tape saying that this footage will make money. So instead of taking care of the woman he supposedly "looved" so much and get her help, he contributed to her spiral downwards

She is one of those "television" lawyers. She was on Nancy Grace everynight during the Michael Jackson trial. I believe she was one of the families lawyers (I believe his mother).
She is a horrible human being for implying that Howard killed either Anna or her son. I hope when all is said and done, that Anna will have died of a heart defect, so Howard can sue the crap out of Debra Opri, and everyone else who has been going on the "news" shows (like Bobbi Trendi) for those horrible statements.
Where is the proof?

I find it more than odd that Stern was in the room when Danny died and he knew Anna was sick,but didn't take her to the hosptial right away. I know she didn't want to go,but he should have taken her whether she wanted to go or not. I think it is only natural that he be looked at with suspicion-and I don't think he should be left alone with little Dannielynn-she's the only one standing between him and a fortune!

No, it does not mean he is a killer. But there is something suspicious about the fact that the drugs found in Anna's room were prescribed to him. And there is something very suspicious about him objecting to a paternity test.

No, it does not. These people should watch what they are saying in the media. This could come back to slap them with a HUGE defamation lawsuit and they would be guilty as heck.
I thought that people were innocent until proven guilty in this country, but the media is crucifying a grieving man and it makes me sick. I hope they all get the pants sued off of them.

It's coming off that Howard K didn't really love Anna but the money she'd inherit. If he did love her, he didn't come off that way. Who's to say? Persons like Birkhead think that Howard K gave her all those meds.

No it doesnt mean hes a killer, but if he supplied them with the drugs, I would say he had a part in it.
