I believe in it. I think it's stronger in some people though. However, we all have gut reactions and instincts, and I think the consensus among therapists and the like is that we should listen to them. Perhaps that is our sixth sense in its most basic form.

I think my sixth sense is just minutely keener than the people I know. Sometimes I'll have a fleeting thought that has nothing to do with my surroundings or what I'm in to, then it either happens or it appears somewhere (like an uncommon song on the radio or a movie when I turn the TV on). And I've had bad things actually happen when my mind quickly flashes it ahead of time. That's why when a bad thought goes by, I tell myself a couple of times that it won't happen. Usually it doesn't if I do that.

Yes, I have a sixth sense as I believe we all have, I think that some people don't heed it.
When I was little I was home late from a brownies meeting, I knew I'd get told off so decided to go a short cut down a country lane. As I got to it, a loud voice in my head said... NO......I stopped and the hairs stood up on my neck. I took the long way home. Next day, a child was found murdered in the lane. I guess that could have been me but it wasn't my time.

Yes, it's how I live, I wouldn't know any other reality. I've been in touch with my sixth sense since I can recall. The most striking example was when I was sitting&watching the 'breaking news' bit about an eathquake in the south, without specifying the area, when the phone rang and I knew it was my father telling me it was exactly in his neighbourhood. But there are too many examples and I've stopped looking at them as 'peculiar'. On the brighter side, I can confirm what a previous poster said about songs - it happens to me all the time.

Yes I do believe in a sixth sense. It comes into play when you come up against situations that "just don't feel right".

Or when you meet people and you think "I don't like you, can't put my finger on it but there's just something about you I don't like".

You could call it your instinct.

What is called 6th sense is a mysterious thing. Someone believes, that it is the cooperation of the other 5 senses which reinforces each other making a truly, vision-like experience of sense. Others believe that this is a supernatural ability to see dead people and non-physical beings such as ghosts and wraiths. Others call it telepathy, mind-reading, fortune-telling or absurd psychic abilities making humans available to move objects with their mind (telekinesis).

Yes, I do believe. I've had dreams that come true since I was about 2 years old, and "bad" feelings that are followed by something very bady happening. When I was 2-3 years old, I am told that I freaked out on my Grandparents, that they couldn't go on vacation, and since my grandma also has a touch of the sight, she believed me. Two days later, the hotel they were going to go to was washed away by a hurricane, and people were injured. Many things like this have happened since. Not everyone has it, I can't control it, and most people don't believe it.

Sixth Sense definition is a power of perception like but not one of the five senses : a keen intuitive power.

Yes I believe in it and I believe I do have it.

I agree totally with Bridget C , when you're a child your a lot more open to things but growing up and being told things don't happen dampens your sixth sense.I sense when people are goin to ring me or they have a problem. Can be very helpful.

Yes i do, and yes again. We all have a sixth sense,we are more in tune with it as children and often lose sight of it as we get older and more cynical.Basically, its that gut feeling you get.You may get a bad feeling about someone, a place or situation, in the same way you get a good feeling about it.As you learn to recognise the feeling you become more able to use it to your advantage in everyday life.ie judging whether a person is being honest with you, whether to buy the car or house you like.Nowadays i always listen to my instincts to avoid disasters. Its that feeling you get in your stomach.Learn to recognise it and itll help you enormously in life. good luck.
