dear,

it is totally depand on ur inner desire, how strong it is? if u have a strong desire then u dont need to ask anyone how ur mind will instruct and ristrict u. it takes time but it is very easy.

but remeber u cant be a machine, u r human . and dont get desire to be a machine, machine could be dicipline but not have a heart and mind.

thanx

I know it's the first few steps that are the hardest to take. After that, you just get back into the rhythm and routine takes over. Right now, you've got a new routine that doesn't seem to work for you. You just have to change it.

I'll bet you know what to do, but that first step is the hardest to take. Once you make it you'll feel more focused and disciplined.
You'll have your mojo.
