If you got banned, you got banned. You have to respect that. I don't know what vmk is or why they banned you for 10 years, but apparently it was something very major. Find something else to do.

Contact them and tell them what happened, if they they the ban was un-far, they will un-bann you, but if it was FAIR then they will keep you banned.
