The tide in Shoal Cave, just like the real tide, changes every few hours. If you keep running into high tide, try going at different times of the day (and night) to catch low tide.

Note that Snorunt (the first evolution of Glalie) is located deep inside Shoal Cave and it is only found here. You can only find them at 6p inside the ice section of the Shoal Cave; to get there, you'll need a Pokemon with the move Strength. If you get to the cave about 15-20 minutes before 6p that should give you plenty of time to get to the ice section. This way, you're just about guaranteed to get into the cave without worrying about the tide.

If you need more help, try gamewinners.com or gamefaqs.com or email me. Good luck!

Um... Shoal Cave.. Well, I don't remember everything, but I think you may need to go through the cave and get some kind of shell or something. I'm really sorry, I haven't played that game in such a long time. Here's a cheat to make up for that:

Cloning Pokemon:

1. Go to the Battle Tower and go to the PC in the right hand corner. Deposit the Pokemon you wish to clone, exit the PC, save, then withdraw your Pokemon. Go immediately to the Link Multi-Battle Room, then tell the lady you wish to participate. Select two of your Pokemon, then the lady will ask you if it's ok to save. Say yes. There will be a short pause. The game will then ask you if it's ok to overwrite this file. Say no. You will exit the menu. Shut down the game immediately without saving. Turn it back on, and you will be standing in front of the LMBR lady. Go to the PC, and look in the box where you put your pokemon before withdrawing it. It's double will be there. Congratulations.

Here is a site that may help you with your Shoal Cave problem. Sorry I couldn't help you with that.

gamefaqs.com has excellent walkthroughs. But anyway, the tide changes every three hours.
