1990-Original due date was Dec. 15. Moved to Dec. 24 when ultrasound showed smaller baby, doc thought that the dates were off a little. Ended up delivering on Dec. 12. Dates are usually moved up or back when the baby is not measuring the size that it should be for the pregnancy week. As with anything else, this is not always accurate anyway. If you have been given a due date, expect to deliver either 2 weeks before or after the date.

Mine was pushed back with my daughter only because I was retaining a lot of water!! My dr said they wont change your due date unless the u/s is measuring at least 8 days different than your edd!!!! Right now I am going in a week early just because its a c - section

Pushed it back 2 weeks, then pushed it up 3 weeks, then back another 2 weeks. That was an interesting first pregnancy, lol.
